⚠️ Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes that have been opened or used cannot be returned or refunded unless proven defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products without original box, seal, or packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Discounted, promotional, or clearance items

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

4. Return Approval & Pickup

  • Once approved, we will arrange pickup within Kuwait or provide return instructions

5. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via:
    • Original payment method, or
    • Cash

6. Shipping & Delivery Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), return shipping is free
  • Otherwise, delivery and return shipping fees are non-refundable
